Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship from our supplier network. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 10–25 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Other countries: 15–35 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@primepulse.ca and we'll investigate with the carrier.
