Refund policy

Cancellations We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [your email].

Refunds Refunds are only available before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation.

To be eligible for a refund before shipment, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Exceptions Refunds may still be considered after shipment in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was received

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Orders that have already shipped (unless damaged/wrong item)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
